Deolali is a Category I Cantonment consisting of 16
members including 8 elected members. However, during
the year, the Constitution of the Board remained varied
under Section 13 of Cantonments Act, 2006, till 26th
June 2008 and regular Board came into existence w.e.from
27.06.2008 after the General Election held on 18.05.2008.
